The service was great. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were very nice.
Room smelled musty. Shower door wouldn’t shut all the way and I was expecting a tub instead. The pool was absolutely FREEZING. It was so cold my feet hurt just stepping in it. A.c unit was loud turning on and off. Stain on the comforter. The breakfast area was clean and food was good. Overall a disappointing stay at a Hampton. I expected better.
We remember the Treadway Inn and how its ownership once treated both customers and staff with care. This Hotel was a newer of the Tredway threeo that once existed but is no more and though we are disappointed with the passing of the "Tredway Inn Plaza" this is the best of the existing hotels. Its new, clean and has everything you expect from the brand.
