The hotel is peaceful. The pool water is warm, but the area is cool.
I was quite disappointed with my last stay here... When I first arrived, I was surprised to see how run down the parking lot is (lots of cracks and pot holes). Initial impression aside, my room smelled of cigarette smoke, which really surprised and disappointed me. The biggest problem for me was that I let the shower run for 5 minutes on the hottest setting, but the water never warmed up past lukewarm. I'm sure that this hotel was very nice at one time, being on the river, but not anymore. I wouldn't stay here again.
