I want to give a shout-out to the guy who works in the breakfast area. He is wonderful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of.
Cassandra the night desk attendant was one of the nicest people to me during my stay. She always had a pleasant greeting and asked me how I was doing. Rob who prepared the breakfast was also the same. The food was always at the appropriate temperature and always presented well. Both of them made being away from home better in the morning.
Shayla and Taylor in particular took great care of me. I had an issue with extending and they put me at ease and got me situated
Great food. Comfortable beds. Customer service 100%. Thank you for a great place to stay during our visit to Norfolk Naval Base.
