My command dumped me here on a 4 day weekend. The first 2 days went smoothly but they refused to allow me to book the entire weekend so I was stuck going to the lobby to book my room every day. The third morning I found out that they didn't book the room with the queen bed to the single sailor because they wanted the option to rent it to a couple at a higher price. Super accommodating with our last minute stay due to a lengthy power outage. Less than 10 minutes from our house and the area is one we’re familiar with. The rooms were very clean and the front desk was welcoming. We booked here since it was one of the only hotels close that were pet friendly. I think we paid $75 per pet. Our dogs surprisingly loved the elevator and had plenty of outside areas to go to the bathroom. The breakfast the next morning had numerous options. Close to the base. Probably less than a 5 minute drive and about a 15 minute walk (or longer depending on what time you walk). The staff I encountered were very polite. The free breakfast was great. Small omeletes with cheese, potatoes, and bacon or a similar offering of breakfast meat are offered every morning. There was also a waffle iron and the other typical offerings of fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, and bread. Does not meet Hilton standards. Rooms are dirty and staff in the end not helpful.
