Came here to do some work at the naval station. They were in the middle of renovations, but the staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Luckily, we stayed in some of the new rooms and it was perfect. Big shout out to Anahi. She was absolutely above and beyond with customer service and always had a smile. Great customer service and super friendly. We rented 5+ rooms for two weeks and we will definitely be back when we have more work to do up here.
Next to power station with constant buzzing. Very annoying. But friendly staff, clean rooms and good beds
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel.. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful, and although some work is still ongoing, the outstanding service and complimentary breakfast ensured that we were not inconvenienced in the slightest. I especially want to recognize Harry and his team for their excellent customer service. Their attentiveness remains the primary reason we continue to choose this hotel for our stays. Stay Away – Poorly Managed Renovation and Disruptive Stay I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel, especially while it is under renovation. Construction in itself is understandable, but the way it’s being managed here is unacceptable. Dust and debris were not properly contained, and the common areas are frequently dirty and neglected. My command dumped me here on a 4 day weekend. The first 2 days went smoothly but they refused to allow me to book the entire weekend so I was stuck going to the lobby to book my room every day. The third morning I found out that they didn't book the room with the queen bed to the single sailor because they wanted the option to rent it to a couple at a higher price.
