Very upsetting experience. I am a truck driver and was looking for a room prior to the winter storm Fern. Called Hampton Inn and spoke with Eden and asked about truck parking to ensure they had room, which they did, but also asked about the hot tub (because I am getting old) to ensure it was working and was in order and was told it was. Upon check in on 1/24/26 in the morning, the hot tub/pool was open. I went down to lobby after a couple hours of sleep and it was closed due to chemical levels the remainder of the day. Being a 3 star hotel I wasn't expecting anything spectacular, but I was highly disappointed. All of the staff was very friendly, but the room was pretty disgusting. There was leftover puke on the back of the toilet, little hairs everywhere, stains all over the sheets/pillows cases/towels... the towels were very worn out and so was the bed. The bedding itself smelled very strange (clean but not good). It sadly was not a good experience, especially being by Hilton. I will not be back to another Hampton due to this experience.
