No WiFi ,no tv, beds are like sleeping on plywood
I do not post negative reviews until I’ve given ample time for things to be made right, but at this point Hampton/Hilton has been given enough chances. We stay pretty exclusively with Hilton/Hampton. We are not wealthy, but do stay in hotels several nights around 1-3 times per year for work, to visit home, or for vacation. Poor lighting, tired rooms, no staff, and hot water that runs out halfway through your shower.
Enjoyed our four-night stay in a two-queen bed, non-smoking room. All the front desk staff we met were friendly and helpful. Hotel common areas and our room were clean. The room was well-stocked with towels, toilet paper and the little coffeemaker in the room was clean. I gave four-stars for the room because: it lacked an arm chair; the furniture veneer was peeled off in several spots; the bedside lampshades did not match-one was white and one was ivory; and several areas on the wall had chipped-off paint.
