The room was unclean, worn out with nasty carpet. My husband and I wore our shoes the whole time we were in the room. There was trash around the property. We will never stay at this Hampton again. The breakfast area and the equipment was very dirty - we did not eat the breakfast. The staff however was very nice and welcoming.
This Hampton has the worse breakfast of any Hilton property. My bathroom counter was dirty and the TV stand was falling apart
DO NOT stay here. I never even got into my room. The desk clerk, who refused to give me her name, told me there is a $250 hold placed on your card for “incidentals”. When I asked for it in writing or to see the manager, she cursed me. There is no restaurant, room service, etc so I wanted clarification on what incidentals could be. She also said the funds would be held 7-10 days. The desk was vacant for 30 minutes when I arrived with a sign saying they had to step out. She cursed me several times. I am a Hilton loyal customer. Depending on the year my status goes from silver to gold to diamond. I've stayed in MANY Hilton hotels and I have to sadly say that this was the absolutely worst one I've ever stayed in. Where do I start? The room is very small and cramped. The first night I couldn't sleep because the highway traffic noise was incredibly loud. The sheets on the king size bed were too small and the bottom sheet kept coming loose.
