Front desk was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Beach is right across, and they will give you chairs and towels even if you check out. You can leave your luggage in the front desk and just go to the beach before you leave.
What a great place! Surprised it is not listed as a 5 star hotel! Highly recommend... Specifically the front desk staff ..they are amazing and the customer service is incredible. We arrived before noon after getting off a cruise ship. They let us leave our bags while we took the free trolley down the street and went to brunch. We came back and they were able to check us in early and we received a notification while at brunch that our room was ready. Súper recomendable, las habitaciones siempre bien preparadas, nos dieron agua de cortesía todos los días y en todo momento teníamos disponible jugos. Tiene cochera que se paga directamente en el hotel. También nos brindaron sillas y toallones para la playa. El desayuno es completo. Pudimos dar un paseo en bicicleta porque dan 2 hs gratis. El personal fue muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena si alquilas un auto.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were greeted by Franco at the front desk, who was very welcoming and informative. We were traveling as two families and both rooms were ready early. We were provided with beach chairs, beach toys, towels, and water. There is a CVS connected to the hotel and a pizza place which was super convenient.
