Colazioni costose e poco soddisfacenti. Le stanze vengono pulite ogni 2 giorni e la sera per cui se torni trovi sporco. Han tentato di addebitare la colazione 2 volte in quanto era gia pagata dal voucher. E arrivano dopo oltre mezz ora. Nessun parcheggio manco in convenzione. Impossibile avere qualsiasi tipo di servizio. Un vero disastro. Han sotto la pizzeria e vivranno di quello. Per il resto totale inefficienza.
Excellent hotel centrally located. Across the street from the beach. 2 hour free bike rental daily and located next to the famous boardwalk for biking next to the beach! Offers poolside dining. Free pink lemonade by the pool to refresh yourself. Clean and aesthetic. Great happy hour daily at the Dive bar. Also a nice Italian restaurant with patio dining. Our room had free waters. The staff was amazing. They smile, they are very kind , they always want to be sure that we have a wonderful time. They gave us advices to know what to do in the area. The pool is clean, the room too!! There is a lot of thing to do near the hotel. The beach is VERY close. Karen, Olga Vergara and Robert Perez help us during our stay. Way over expectations. Many thanks We come from Canada and when we will come back in South Beach, we will stay at the Hampton Inn for sure.
Nice and quiet hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. A gentleman named Rohan was especially kind—he helped us find great restaurants and recommended some wonderful places to visit around Miami Beach. Really appreciated his assistance!
