Great location and good hotel. Location on mid beach is just beside the beach and other nice hotels. For South Beach, you take a short cab. I’d stayed here a few years ago when it was Hamptons inn and realized that it was the same hotel. Great service by Leyla, Mario, Julian and Juan. Leyla took a lot of time to give us good recommendations for Miami as well. They gave my partner a bottle of sparkling wine for her birthday. This place is horrible. I have been to Miami three times and each time the hotel of choice just got worse. This stay was by far the worse. Placed next to the elevator in a box and calling it “a hotel room” is crazy. Studio apartments are bigger than these rooms. Expressed i was in surgery recovery… They neglected to tell me they were having worked done to the hotel and that i’d be woken up at 7/8a by the sounds of drilling and excessive banging. Don't try and get doordash here it cant be brought to your room, After talking to team i was able to get the doordash to my room they also gave me more coffee pods

Historic hotel. Hall and rooms are tight. Great location. The associates at the front desk were beyond amazing. Extremely helpful and social. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
