The hotel is conveniently located on Collins Ave, making it very easy to ride the beach trolley. A resort fee was applied at check-in, but it covers things like beach towels, beach chairs, and bicycles. The on-site Piola restaurant is pretty good.

good service, rooms are clean and cozy, restaurants around, and in the hotel, convenience cvs next door, valet parking, and you can take the free trolley to go around south beach.

I stayed with a friend for a few days, and we could rarely get any rest. The hotel is under construction, with machinery making noise starting at 6 a.m.—or even earlier. It’s impossible to sleep, regardless of whether it’s a weekend or a weekday. From what I gathered locally, this work has been going on for months and will likely continue for some time. I had high hopes for this hotel based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The room was not as clean as we expected, and both the sheets and duvet cover had noticeable stains, which was disappointing and made the room feel less comfortable and inviting. The air conditioning was also not working properly and struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
