The worst hotel experience I've ever had has been with this joke of a hotel. I am still waiting for the bus shuttle at the airport after 1.5hrs of wait. I've seen all other hotel's shuttles going by 3-5 times and this one nothing. I've called more than 10x, they hung up and the 2 times they answered (1.5hr ago) they said they are sending the driver. Waited from 930pm until 1123pm for a shuttle that never came. CAREFUL THIS PLACE IS SKETCHY AND THEY LIE. The front desk people picked up the phone and hung up multiple times or told us that the shuttle was on its way which it was not. The latest is they're just not picking up the phone!
