Very helpful staff, clean rooms and great location!
Every single aspect of this hotel was amazing, especially Celine, Elizabeth and Cheryce. Thank you all so much!
From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff was so helpful, we had an issue and they dealt with it so professionally. They showed so much kindness and hospitality. Sharisse, Celine and Elizabeth along with there security are amazing!! Ty so much for accommodating us and being so helpful and compassionate.
This is not a post to the hotel but to their shuttle service to the airport and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very irresponsible. We got to the airport and contacted them to go pick us up and after an hour and 30 minutes we’re still waiting for them to get to pick us up. Taking a uber, And paying extra $24 , unbelievable . The lady at the reception cannot be worse.
I had a great experience at checkout thanks to Celine at the front desk. She was friendly, efficient, and made the process super easy. Excellent customer service!
