This is a non-functioning hotel, in my opinion. You don't get card keys. Digital key doesn't work. Hotel staff needs to open room door every time you go in your room. Elevator is down. Bathtub drain is clogged. My floor/room preferences are completely ignored. Apparently this is persistent problem here. Not sure why Hilton let this property open and accept new guests.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. As a Hilton member, I recommend the franchise take a hard look at this location. The elevator, door keys, digital access, and wifi were not working, we were told it was a server issue. Found out later that this was an I going good issue. The rooms were damp and smelled moldy. The toilet was broke, and the floors looked like a food fight and an oil change. The only thing that was decent was the overworked staff lady who was alone.
Elevators did not work, no key cards...had to have employees let you into your room, breakfast was poor.
