Anthony Cipriano, a guest services agent, seems to have an issue with reading requests, thereby making ill-informed decisions. A request was made for a cancellation. His response indicated he didn't actually read the reasoning behind the request.
Wirklich ein Top Hotel. Wir waren eine Woche da und mehr als begeistert. Sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Tägliche Reinigung und das frühstück war auch sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt sehr Zentral und 1 min von einer Subway Station entfernt. Trotz der super zentralen Lage hört man in den zimmern kein lärm und kann gut schlafen. Das personal ist super nett und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Man hat die Möglichkeit, die Koffer nach Check Out in einem bewachten Raum zu lagern.
The staff was amazing! The front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff I encountered all along the way were all so nice and welcoming. The rooms were super clean, and there was even a mini refrigerator available in the room without request. The standard WiFi ended up being better than I had expected for the online course I was doing. I loved the location. The daily breakfast and seating area was the best way to start the day.
