I have been a hilton honors member for years. I only ask for nonfeathered pillows since i am Very allergic. they were unable to accommodate this request. That in itself was distressing. But the unprofessionalism from the "manager in training" was uncalled for... i received an apology by text, and was told they wanted to make it right, when i contacted the GM- i was informed that i threatened her employee! My husband and I stayed here for the night after attending a concert. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view and the breakfast was awesome! We will be staying here for any future concerts we attend at Jiffy Lube Live! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
