Our family stayed at this Hampton Inn while on a ski trip in Wisconsin. The staff does an excellent job. David at the front desk was very personable and helpful. There was a large youth sports group staying at the hotel, with many demands and he was professional and worked very hard to make the guests happy. Bryanna (sp?) was very helpful trying to help with my multiple room reservations and special requests.
David is the best!
Staff are very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Pillows are not my favorite but they work. Very happy with the room

Overall, an excellent experience. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice. The shower pressure was slightly low. The lobby was nicely decorated, and there were crayons for coloring and several board games for families to play. The pool and hot tub were clean and pleasant. I really liked the pool area, and there is a big window into the breakfast area, which is nice. The breakfast was good, and had a nice range of hours, 6:00 to 10:00.
