Very nice for a good night's rest, decent coffee and breakfast.
So recently due to travel was moved to Silver status from Diamond the last 3 years. Silver gets bottled water but the front desk said only Diamond gets free water. I showed her where Silver benefit does get a bottled water. She stated her owner changed the policy. Would not give me a free bottle of water. Will never stay at this location again. Person doing breakfast sucks it’s a dude that doesn’t like his job he won’t refill milk for cereal didn’t put out any waffle mix and everything else was either not put out or he just didn’t feel like ordering the food supply and restocking for the week. If you want breakfast in the morning do not book this hotel as the owner/GM penny pinches and doesn’t care about the customers that pay.
Bed was uncomfy. Air conditioner has a motion sensor that turns off when no motion is detected during the night. Bathroom wallpaper was starting to bubble and had what looked like mold behind the toilet. The tv wasn’t plugged in. Wont be back. Honestly wish they would refund the whole stay.
