This by far was the worst experience of my life . This was my second time booking here. So I asked for rags and towels and the manager told me they didn't have any cleaned at the moment. So fast forward I go buy rags and towels at Marshall. To come back and see that they had some. I called to make a complaint and I was told since I booked with a 3rd party it was nothing they can do. Also door was broken for the bathroom, air didn't work or the refrigerator. So maintenance came early this morning. Be aware don't book here.
The service was horrible. Room tv didn’t work and toilet was broken
Our stay was great! Really wish that they would have more towels because we were out and they said that the hotel was booked so they didn’t have more towels, but can’t blame that on the person behind the desk.
