Customer representative told me lies. They even still charged me after me going in to cancel my reservation.
The staff was very nice. the rooms are decent. they are located right across from a lot of stores like Costco, Marshall's, and Meijer also quite a few restaurants which made it convenient when you get in late and need to grab a bite to eat and replace the not so great pillows (most hotels have pillows I hate).
My experience was good the only downside we came across is when we needed towels or wash cloths they didn't have enough for my room so we would have to wait the next day to get some. Also the addition of the free breakfast in the morning was very nice and convinent. Also the hotel is in the perfect location close to food and shopping places.
