I usually stay in Hampton Inns or Tru hotels as I am an Honors member & it’s usually very nice. This location fell short for me. Pros: Breakfast was pretty good & the pool staying open until 10. Cons: The deposit is $150 whereas other locations are $50. I didn’t have a remote control to the tv in my room & the room had this strong moth ball smell. It started great with Angel at the front desk. Housekeeping however did not give us coffee for the 2nd day & when I call the front desk they said come get it! The hujab-clad housekeeper have me the decaf! The redhead correct is it the next day.
Super nice staff.
Customer representative told me lies. They even still charged me after me going in to cancel my reservation.
