Comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast with many choices
We always stay at Hampton Inn South Lincoln when we come to town. The staff are friendly, the coffee bar is anyways well-stocked, breakfast us delicious (and free), and the rooms are clean and well-maintained, the beds firm and comfortable. A really good value for a high-quality, no-nonsense hotel.
Worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed in. Lady on the phone was very rude and answered the phone with “hello!?” Never said this was the Hampton or anything. When we arrived we stated we might need a second room and her response was “well there’s other hotels in the area!” This hotel is very small. Half the parking lot was roped off. Pool and hot tub were gross. The pillows in the room are smaller than couch pillows so bring your own.
Everything was wonderful. The room was under my aunt's friend's name, but I so worried about the height of the beds (they are both seniors and have mobility issues) and they were just too tall. Besides that the toilet paper holder was in the oddest spot and even me an able body person had a hard time reaching it so we just put the roll on the counter top.
