Very friendly and helpful staff.
Let’s start with the wins. The bed was genuinely comfortable, the kind that makes you briefly consider skipping breakfast and sleeping in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which always goes a long way after a long day of travel. Now the not so shiny parts. The hotel itself feels a bit stuck in a previous decade and could use a refresh. The fitness room exists, technically, but it’s small and underwhelming. Excellent breakfast too.
Rooms were great, check in process was easy, and it was your typical Hampton Inn breakfast! My only complaint was that the front desk didn't have any towels.
