Dear Mr Patel, Your hotel needs some work, I would not return. At arrival we were downgraded due to our room type being oversold and the front desk agent presented it to us like she was doing us a favor. She said "well, at least you get a room! Sometimes having two beds is nice because you can have space." Lady, I don't want space and my own bed, I want a king bed to share with my lady. Parfum de Moule... Eww. Consider this a public service announcement. We stayed here as a matter of convenience based on the previous experiences of family members. Several rooms were booked during this stay (October 2025). My room was quite average, another room had visible water damage and pervasive mold perfume.
