Wow! We pulled in at 2am on March 1st 2026 and we're greated with prompt and freindly service. We slept great in our firm but fluffy mattresses and down pillows. The sheets smelled slightly of bleach WHICH I LOVE and the hallway smelled like the rugs were cleaned recently. The rooms are updated and super clean. Anadi was the front desk manager and I ate my delicious breakfast while I watched him navigate questions, take care of concerns and generally be helpfull to guests that were coming and going. Worst hotel EVER! Staff awful Manager Donna- should go back to training! Go stay at a Drury, a Fairfield ANYTHING would be better than THIS place!!!
