Very nice staff, particularly Julia, night shift. I appreciated her warm greetings in wee hours when I toileted dogs. She was so kind and gentle to our dogs. Always offering a.m. coffee, a smile. Young man in housekeeping 3rd floor also Very helpful, accommodating with supplies. Wasn't crazy about locale, but its an airport area. No shopping nearby. We stayed 4 nights. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but it was okay for my husband and child. My husband didn’t like how there was only one bedside table and had to put some things on the floor. Our room was not tidied or towels replaced every other day which was stated on a notice in the bathroom but it was easy enough to get clean towels and toilet paper from the front desk. The pool was clean and plenty of pool towels to use. The continental breakfast was decent and had many condiment options which I liked very much.... read more
