I normally don't leave reviews, but I honestly will not be returning back to this Hampton inn. I showed up 2-1/2 hours early and decided to see if the room would be ready by chance. I have done this at dozens of Hilton Hotels across the country with no issues. But the gentlemen behind the counter told me it would be $50 to check in early for a room that's ready. Or I can upgrade to a Suite and it would be ready?? Doesn't make any sense.. Just looking to squeeze extra money out of your pocket. Just not the type of hotel I am ... read more
This Hampton Inn in Lebanon Pa is awesome. We stayed on a work trip from 8-1-25 - 8-3-25. Jamie and Gabe were very friendly, hospitable and welcoming. We will stay again. Very clean and modern rooms!
I don’t even know where to start. From House keeping not making beds or taking garbages out. Tv that didn’t work two nights of our four night stay. The property manager telling us 7 times in 8 years is a good ratio of people getting rescued from the elevator. Hearing the elevator repair man tell him that there’s not enough power to the elevator and the manager saying well it’s working now that’s all that matters.
