Close to local and interstate highways. Nice rooms and beds. Full assortment of treats, drinks and travel supplies near desk to purchase. Part of Hilton family of hotels, so a bit pricey.
Very nice place. From the time we walked in to check in, the staff were friendly, very professional. Rooms were spacious and clean. The bathtub looked as if it was new. Very nice experience. I stayed at another hotel in Lebanon last year, and there's no comparison. This Hampton Inn will be my choice EVERY TIME we visit the area. Thanks.
They need to replace the staff who serve breakfast and the woman working in the lobby in the mornings. The three women working there are Latina, yet during my five-day stay, not a single day went by without them making racist comments and refusing to assist my work team because we are Latino. I do not recommend staying at this place until that racist staff is fired.
We stayed 4 nights ,1st night the body wash was empty, left a note on the counter to please refill it. It never got filled. we got back to our room on the 4th day, house keeping cleaned the bathroom and gave us fresh towels. They stripped the 1st bed, tossed the pillows on the other bed, took my bottle of Bird Dog Blackberry Whiskey and left the room that way. .. I went to the front desk and told them about it .They wrote a note for the Manager and put us in a different room. Never heard anything from the Manager.. For 23yrs... read more
Beautiful, large room with quiet floors. I got a nice rest. Plus free breakfast and all day coffee.
