Fantastic hotel. Impeccably clean. Great staff. Rooms are well decorated. Beds are great. Shower was fantastic. Breakfast was great - lots of options, hot and plentiful. Just can’t say enough positives about this hotel. Was concerned being so close to the airport, but could hear nothing.
**BUYER BEWARE** They have a serious security breach. Scammer called me on the room phone, identified me by name and wanted to confirm credit card details. Had to cancel card. The hotel is aware of this for months and refuses to make customers aware of this at checkin
The hotel is excellent and its location combines proximity and tranquility. The manager, Ms. Andrea, was extremely kind to me and my 5-year-old son, but the big problem with this hotel lies in two issues. The first is that I found the bed in room 232 unsuitable for sleeping and it caused pain to me and my wife, and this is something I overlooked and did not pay attention to because of the good treatment of the manager and the gentleman who works at night at the reception, butBut what angered me and I did not accept it was th... read more
