My husband and I were staying here because it was close to the airport and was told that there would be a free shuttle. We arrived today only to be told that the shuttle services 3 other properties and we needed to make a reservation. Of course, our time was already booked. This needs to be made clear when booking. The lady at the desk was not helpful at all. If you do plan on staying here, reserve your ride to the airport ahead of time.

Let me tell you a story about why I’m giving 5 stars. Originally booked at the Fairfield Inn off Warm Springs. Showed up at 10:30am and was met with rude front desk staff who told me I couldn’t check in until 7PM because of some conference in the lobby. The lobby was SO LOUD I couldn’t even hear myself think - I literally couldn’t hear what the front desk person was saying to me over all the noise. Tried to cancel my reservation - they REFUSED. Great hotel, clean, spacious, super staff, great breakfast and location (close to residential area and stores), 30 minutes walking to the Airport Car Rental Location (8 minuted driving). Very clean bathroom.
