What an absolute gem. Saved our trip from an Airbnb disaster. Get this: they actually *pick up their phone*. Isn’t that wild? In an age of 24 minute wait times (looking at you MGM) and hellish automated menus and call centers in SE Asia, these folks answer their phone. Sometimes it’s the little things. Exactly the level of hospitality and cleanliness I’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn. It’s in Vegas, so there is some unsavory characters that are in the general facility. But that comes with Vegas.
Nice accommodations near the airport with a free 24 hour airport shuttle. This hotel does not charge resort fees, a rarity in Las Vegas.
