O atendimento foi excelente tanto no checkin quanto no checkout, as senhoras Britney e Lei nos atenderam muito bem e foram cordiais. O quarto estava limpo e confortável. O café da manhã é simples mas o omelete estava saboroso. Tem café disponível o dia todo no lobby e também tem translado gratuito do aeroporto para o hotel.
Sheets and blankets smelled so gross with nasty stains!!! They did not change the sheets, it was disgusting, unfortunately I noticed too late after waking up from a nap, I was too tired from a 8 hour drive. I immediately called the front desk to have them change the sheets and was told they will provide them but I had to come get it and change it myself! On top of it all my family and I got sick after staying there and I got pink eye!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Great hotel that is very clean and has great staff. This place is only about 3 miles from the Vegas airport and I’m so fortunate that I stayed there. David at the front desk was AMAZING despite me checking in at midnight and leaving at 5:00am. You wouldn’t know he was on a night shift. Friendly and patient and so accommodating. Had some trouble logging into the wifi but David helped me out and made sure I was connected before I went to my room. The room was clean and I felt so comfortable.
