The room is nice to bad windows face another hotel. No good views. Berkfast was not that good. Praying they have a better sausage and egg set up.
Rodney, at the desk, was wonderful…friendly, and helpful. His personality was welcoming, respectful and genuine. Because of Rodney, our visit was great.
The BEST Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. What a pleasant surprise. Spotlessly clean, friendly courteous staff a a special shout-out to Paris, the nicest front desk person you will ever meet.
We went on a last minute trip to Lake Charles and were very happy with our stay. They’re dog friendly, as well. Rodney greeted us every time we walked by. He was pleasant and friendly. Truly made us enjoy our stay even more. There were renovations going on but it did not disrupt our stay one bit.
