Rodney was awesome. A real contrast to the other staff. Very friendly and helpful and cheerful. Rooms are always fine at Hampton. Had a large family gathering in the area, and many stayed here. Had a good time together conversing in the lobby. I was told breakfast here was better than most.
Very amazing experience here whole staff is friendly and welcoming as soon as you get here especially Rodney and Zina! Rooms are so nice and very clean 10/10 all around for our stay!
I stayed here for a baseball tournament. I wouldn’t say it was anything special, but it was overall a decent experience. The service is pretty good; Rodney is a great receptionist who gives a warm welcome and provides a warm atmosphere for all who walk through the doors. However, we didn’t receive room service on the first day and had to ask for new towels; it wasn’t a problem, but the hotel was notified that we wished to receive service and clean sheets every day. As of June 2025, the whole hotel has been updated. Everything is very nice. As usual, all of the staff are friendly and very helpful. I'm Not sure which way to go?
