Felt very taken care of for our two nights here. Front desk was super accommodating and helpful throughout. Hot breakfast was top notch. Would stay here again if we’re ever back in the area. P.S. Jesse was the best!

I contacted the hotel directly and was routed to the Hampton Inn main reservations. The person who made my reservations did not listen to me or did not understand and made a reservation for two rooms instead of one however my email confirmation was for only one room so I had no idea this had been done and the reservation was prepaid instead of the Mayo rate I had asked for. oh, OK I thought I was making a Mayo clinic Reservation which can be canceled but instead they used my credit card to pre-pay.
