Felt very taken care of for our two nights here. Front desk was super accommodating and helpful throughout. Hot breakfast was top notch. Would stay here again if we’re ever back in the area. P.S. Jesse was the best!

I contacted the hotel directly and was routed to the Hampton Inn main reservations. The person who made my reservations did not listen to me or did not understand and made a reservation for two rooms instead of one however my email confirmation was for only one room so I had no idea this had been done and the reservation was prepaid instead of the Mayo rate I had asked for. oh, OK I thought I was making a Mayo clinic Reservation which can be canceled but instead they used my credit card to pre-pay. We have stayed at the Ponte Vedre location many times for my husband’s treatments at Mayo Hospital. This is a great location near the hospital and close to plenty of restaurants as well as the a short drive to the beach for a quick visit or stroll to watch the sunrise. Our front desk clerk Dan is wonderful!!! He very personable and polite! He greets us with a big genuine smile and makes sure we get our fresh baked cookies!
