Amazing stay here! Shoutout to the amazing housekeeping staff and all star Sherry for the amazing service and suggestions. Sherry was absolutely amazing! Extended stay here for almost a month and worked out perfectly. All front desk staff were professional and courteous even in the face of entitled, rude guests. Thank you for the great stay!

Front desk attendant was rude and unprofessional. Could not adequately explain why we each were charged different amounts for the same rooms. We were a fire crew of 5 checking in… Timothy Chalamet had the wrong attitude and body language the whole time. He was dismissive, slow, and appeared to resent his job. Tell us about breakfast. Ask if we are Hilton Honors. Look us in the face. After seeing that my 1st floor room had no privacy shades, no bulbs in the lamps, and no TV remote, I had to go back to the desk. This place is not worth the $600/night, wouldn't even pay $300/night. The room didn't have a properly working toilet, it would not flush even pee correctly, let alone the other. When I reported this issue to the front desk attendant 7pm I was told there was no maintenance and I could get the plunger out of the bathroom in the lobby. I asked to switch rooms and was told there ewasnt anything open to move rooms. I had to go check the lobby bathrooms myself for the plunger, and neither had a plunger.
