We stayed here for a soccer tournament at Great Park. With how much you can do on the Hilton app things are pretty seamless and if you don't want to interact with the staff you don't have to. When we came in the check in line was really long, so I greatly appreciated having the digital key. We did encounter that the power in the room was enabled by a card holder, so we did get a physical room key for that reason. All we did was sleep there, so I can't speak to a lot of the amenities. Not great, only 2 elevators and 1 out the whole trip. Thats a safety issue & very inconvenient. Room facing a big wall, 3 out of the 4 service people i dealt with not accommodating at all. Bathroom barn door installed horribly leaving a huge gap, no bathroom privacy. Nice on the outside, crap inside.
