Almost great but the thermostat in the room was horrible. Don’t know if it had to do with motion but no matter where I would set it, would re-adjust. Hotel should invest in better thermostats.
My stay at this Hampton Inn was outstanding. The customer service is fantastic, and the facility is very clean and well maintained. Furthermore, the beds are very comfortable and the showers have perfect water pressure. I plan to stay at this Hilton site everytime I am in town on business. One elevator working on a fully booked holiday weekend. Ac not working during a heat wave and only one maintenance person working. No rooms to move to. My health issues were exasperated by the heat and Carmen and Matthew ignored the severity of my situation. Extremely disappointed in all aspects except Sabrina who seemed to be the only team member with the ability to do anything, but even then, made us wait around to move our belongings to a different room, on a different floor, with the wait for the elevator taking 15 plus ... read more
