When we arrived, we called the hotel and said we can check in 2 hours earlier, but they said no, and we went to the hotel at 3:00pm, when we checked in, our room was not ready yet, they said it would take an hour, and we said tomorrow, the same day, change the towels and clean our room. They said that they clean once every 3 days, and the breakfast hall was leaking from the ceiling and had a very bad breakfast. The whole hotel was very bad.

The staff was so kind, especially the cleaning crew, they were amazing and sweet! I was there for 3 nights and it was perfect,

Our room was broken into during our stay at this hotel (on 10/23/2025) in the early hours of the morning while I was in the room sleeping. A man watched my husband leave our room to head down for breakfast and entered our room using a master keycard. He did not work there to my knowledge and should not have had access to a staff all access keycard. The security here is non existent. This intruder was able to walk up and down the halls freely waiting for people to leave their hotel room. At least one other room was also robbe... read more
