This is by far the worst Hilton-branded hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we experienced one issue after another. To make up for the inconvenience, we were promised a complimentary night by management. Unfortunately, the manager never followed through on that promise. It is extremely disappointing when a hotel fails to deliver on commitments made to guests. The lack of accountability and poor customer service have left a very negative impression.

I've tended to favor hotels from a particular competitor brand in the past because of their rewards system. However recent rewards program changes to practically all rewards programs have virtually eliminated the benefits of rewards systems for all but the busiest business travelers so brand loyalty is mute and the lowest price wins. This location had the best price in the area and is on par with other business hotels by competitor brands that I've stayed in. I'd stay here again if need arises.
