We stayed here recently for a one night stay before flying back home from LAX. The rooms were very dingey, the bath tub had this layer of black over the bottom, there was dead insects in the blinds, the bedding and rooms had a musty smell. This place could do with a good revamp and definitely a lick of paint! The staff were lovely, but the hotel itself needs some TLC. I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.
Good location. Breakfast looks good. Pool area needs some TLC. Otherwise clean and comfy.
This one night stay started off awesome!!! Imani was extremely kind. She went over and beyond for my doggies and I. It really was appreciated!! Unfortunately, at around 11:30pm, the people above us began making excessive noise. My doggies kept barking because it was ridiculously loud. The man working the front desk said he was gonna call her room and ask him to keep it down but apparently it didn’t do a whole lot so I decided to pack up and head home so we did not get our full night stay. It was dissappointing.
From the friendly and accommodating front desk staff, to the room service attendants, to Monica handling the daily complimentary breakfasts, we have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. It is an incredible bang for your buck, a rarity nowadays with free parking and an incredibly safe area of Orange County. Can’t beat it if you are in the South Orange County area!!
*Read before you stay! I rarely leave this bad of a review but this one is very deserved, sadly. We've stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns and this was the worst one we've ever been to. We stayed in a lot of Hamptons on this trip so there was a lot to compare it to. And I've had much better experiences at a Super 8 or even a Motel 6. Our room had really damp air, it was musty and smelled like mildew. We had stayed in Hiltons closer to the ocean that were older buildings and their rooms weren't like this so something is up with t... read more
