I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. My overall rating is based on the visits combined. First experience was a 1 due to the very poor customer service provided by Tabby. I am a Gold Member and even then she was rude and exhibited poor behavior and attitude. I am unsure if her treatment was due to me being of a different race as her or not but whatever her motive, it was quite unprofessional.
