Everything staff and management can control is wonderful! The rooms are clean and comfortable; breakfast is above average for the free hotel breakfast and included a wide variety of selections including 2 kind of eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, waffles, pastries, cerial, etc. However, the location is such that all night long, the train horns and rumble as they go down the track disturb one's sleep. We had a very pleasant stay at Hampton Inn Hutchinson. This hotel offers a great balance between comfort, cleanliness, and value for money. From the moment we checked in, the staff impressed us with their warm, friendly attitude and professional service. This place is the Hutchi Bell motel now and is an absolute scam of a place to stay. I didn’t even book a room here but was told by another motel to go here because the room I booked online in advance was not available anymore, but they own this one too, so my online reservation would be honored. So we drove over to this dump of a place and was told that they have a room, but no AC (mind you it’s over 90 degrees outside).
