Excellent service by the front desk lady, N'andi Moore, she was very helpful and assisted me for my anniversary weekend . N'andi actions and service was very helpful and professional in the time she took to answer my questions and concerns for my stay. She is a true asset to the organization. Great location, really great service, and as a team member I loved my stay!
I had possibly the worst experience I have ever had with one of their check in ladies, she was incredibly rude and I requested to speak to a manager and she refused repeatedly
