Love the walk in showers. Nothing close to walk to if you don't have a vehicle

This is more of a post stay warning. stayed there traveling back to Knoxville on 10/31-11/1. I have now been charged twice for the same room and they charged me again for a night which I was not in Huntsville. I cancelled my card and called the hotel to explain the issue I was told they would take care of it but still nothing from there end or fixed on mine. Just check your charges when you check out. Not a great way for me to come back. Hotel was fine.
Very clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Conveniently located for our trip to Huntsville.
Okay, I did not rate the service because I have mixed feelings. We did book through Priceline Direct. We travel often and have never had a problem. I realize that not booking direct could create an issue but it saves us significantly. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk said the the virtual credit card by the 3rd party (Priceline) was declined. She said we would have to contact them or pay full price.
