I stayed at the Hampton Inn recently and was extremely disappointed by how our morning went. The housekeeper started knocking on our door at 10 a.m.—and not just once. She came back three times, repeatedly disturbing us all the way until noon. I wasn’t feeling well and needed rest, but I couldn’t get any because of the constant interruptions. Stayed at this hotel for years. Hotel rooms, bed fantastic. The new staff is just awful . And the breakfast has going down hill

Hotel was very nice, clean and updated. However, what made me give it a five was the staff. They could not be friendlier! Prichelle at the dest was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was the same. The work out room was the best hotel work out room I’ve ever been in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything is about first impressions. Upon check in, I was greeted as a diamond member, but the usual two bottles of water and snack in a bag, instead was the clerk handing me a single bottle of water and snack. I had to ask about a few items that were missing at breakfast, again, this chain touts the free breakfast. The bold coffee was not out, it did come out later. I rarely leave reviews, but after the amazing experience I just had, it's a must. The Hostess, Brittany, has been absolutely amazing! After a rough 2 days of traveling, I was so thankful to have been greeted by such a professional, kind, and caring person. She even had fresh baked lemon cookies (delicious by the way) and coffee.
