Only 4 stars on location, only because GPS thought we were on a side access road addgave us a huge run around. Not Hampton Inn's fault on that.
My family and I stayed here for a week while my son attended space camp. The location was in close proximity to the university of Alabama A&M, so I took my daughter for a tour there and she loved it. The staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. The lobby and fitness room were very well maintained and inviting. The staff baked fresh cookies every afternoon. We will certainly visit again.
Absolutely the worse bed ever. I've slept on better beds at a motel 6. This is not up to Hampton or especially not up to Hilton branded standards
Robin and the manager duty are terrible they over charged my credit card an extra $589.10 instead of charging my work card and when I called and informed them of the mistake those two decided to call me a liar and hang up on me when I have proof . When I call back they ignore my phone calls . I’m so mad right now Both of them are rude and bitter and I would never recommend anybody to stay there ever and now I’m building a case against them ! Them I was charged for my service pet
