Our experience at this hotel was great. The facilities were clean and the staff was stellar! If I had to really point out one thing that made this hotel shine it would be the staff that we met and interacted with during our stay. Beginning with the concierge, Robert, who went out of his way more than once to ensure whatever needs we had were met, as well as Holly on another shift who was very friendly and greeted us as we came in, making sure to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Overall I was happy with this hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was on standard for the brand. My room (123) was showing some signs of aging and could use a little bit of a refresh, specifically near the HVAC unit. For the price, it was what you would expect.
The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are many great restaurants within walking distance
