It's a very nice hotel, newer or remodel, not sure. But room was nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Guests should be aware that our experience with the hotel management, particularly DeLisa Hayes, was very disappointing due to her unprofessional and dismissive communication. After a one-night stay, we were unexpectedly charged an additional $270 for a reported hole in the wall of our room. When I initially called to question the charge, I was told it was likely a mistake and advised to call back in the morning to speak with the manager so it could be removed. Location worked well for us, close to Levity live. Very clean rooms, housekeeping friendly. But the beds were rock hard. Took way too long to check us in and Robin acted as though she couldn't be bothered when the guy asked her for help. She had the same couldn't care less attitude the next morning at checkout as well. The breakfast was outstanding, Kim did a fantastic job and she was very nice. The food selection was honestly the best I have seen in a hotel in a very long time. Overall would stay again.
