Hotel was very nice though being the off season there were not many people there. Good for me because I was there for rest and relaxation for a Birthday getaway. Also I received an upgrade on my room to a suite. Conveniently located.
This is the first time in a long time I've actually slept through both nights in a hotel without being woken up by a loud neighbor! Room was clean! Bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing each morning! Shout out to Peggy for being so accommodating and sweet! She always makes sure you are well taken care of for Breakfast! We do plan on staying again!!! Thank you!!!

I don't know where to begin... 10's Across! 1. Guest Service called me to ensure I had directions to property, Makena or Makela. She advised of weird entrance on hill which was so helpful as this was my first visit to area. Be careful. 2. Every staff person was so friendly so helpful. 3. Breakfast Hostess " My Aunt " Was on point with refilling and replenishing fresh items. 4. Please Update Photos!
