When checking in they asked for my husband's I.D. but did NOT ask for mine. I was treated horribly and forced to leave because I forgot my key in my room and since they did not ask for my ID for our reservation they couldn't give me another one. They kicked me out at 2am with no shoes luckily I had my keys or I would have had to walk home. I called to speak with the general manager and she was also very rude and made lies up saying there was another woman besides me with my husband on video. My wife and I when stated the Hampton in this past weekend she went to go to the vending machine left her card in the Room you wouldn't think that would be a big deal but the lady behind the desk told her that she had to go and that she was going to call the cops on her if she didn't then proceeded to tell her that there was another woman in Room Which I'm sure is against company policy and aginst the law when i spoke with the gm she claimed that she had watches the video and claims that my wife wasnt the one in the video. w... read more
This is the worst Hampton I've ever visited. Customer service is poor. And it has absolutely no amenities! I'm a Hilton rewards member and will never refer anyone to this location.
