From the check-in experience to the moment we checked out, we had a wonderful experience! The staff we encountered were kind and the customer service experience was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great as well. We will be back!
We stayed at this hotel just passing through on our way home from vacation. Based on the photos and reviews, it appeared to be nice and recently renovated. Unfortunately our first room had ants and smelled very bad. BUT the staff member, Kristen was truly the sweetest! She moved us to another room quickly. We were very thankful and this review is not a reflection of her! The second room was better, but still not very clean. The floors specifically need to be deep cleaned. Stayed at Hampton in Hot Springs. Pros: Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Cons: A bit far from downtown, heavy traffic when going there, and rooms aren’t very soundproof—could hear voices outside, seems like gaps under the doors.
