It's another aging Hampton. It's fine.
If it wasn’t for the accommodation of the front desk associate Shalah, her kindness, and professionalism regarding my wife and I’s concerns, we would have left prematurely. She needs a raise! The hotel is very outdated and I know it’s an inn but the cost is expensive to stay with limited amenities. Yet, Shalah offered snacks and water which was nice and every time we came back in she was pleasant with the sweetest, “Welcome Back!” There was a customer there being rude to her and I wanted to step in yet she handled him, with ... read more
A decent place to stay for a short term. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was kept clean. The breakfast options were pretty basic (waffles, some pastries/bread, sausages & oatmeal). Staff were friendly enough. I was there during the winter & the room's heater (reverse cycle A/C) made some erratic & loud noises - it was tolerable for me but I guess it could be annoying for some who are sensitive to such noise.
