Do not stay at this Hampton Inn. It does not meet the Hilton standards but is priced as such. Halls and rooms smell like smoke. Room 233 bathroom shower is broken and the toilet runs all night and will not flush.

Would stay there again! Looks older, but the staff was amazing! Very nice, friendly and accommodating! Although I did not partake, they served breakfast for guest.

Just an honest review, it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but there were many negatives. First, I unknowingly booked a smoking room (didn’t think those even existed anymore). I checked into the room and the fowl smell overcame me, I couldn’t stay in there for more than a minute. Thankfully, the very friendly front desk agent switched me to a non smoking room immediately. As a military traveler, I expected a smoother stay at the Hampton Inn on Coliseum Road. The atmosphere at the front felt more like coworkers sorting out personal issues than a team welcoming guests, which gave off an unprofessional vibe. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, and breakfast could use more variety. On the positive side, the location is convenient and check-in was polite once things settled. Overall though, this stay didn’t live up to the Hampton standard.
