The front desk staff and manager all are very helpful, specially Tuesday . Thanks for accommodating my friend and their family in their tough time
For the area, this is one of the best presented hotels. The coffee bar as soon as you walk in, the area that continental breakfast is served is rather large. They keep it very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I interacted with each shift and enjoyed them all they were all personable and pretty solid. The only thing left to be upgraded is possibly the carpeting. The rooms are spacious and you don't see mold, or roaches. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place over other hotels in the Newport News and Hampton area. ... read more
Just a hotel they all are the same just need some updating to the rooms and bathrooms
