This hotel is clean, and quiet, it has free parking and it’s in a GOOD neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants, I-64, and shopping. The staff members were courteous and friendly. It’s also across the street from Sentara Hospital. The carpet does need to be refreshed. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY OVER THE HILTON GARDEN INN!
The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean there was shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower gel fully stocked. Will stay there again.
Excellent location, Friendly staff but the hotel is a bit old
Kind of off the beaten path and not many dining options near by
The only problem was a running toilet. Just needed to jiggle the handle
