My card has been charged $140, $50, $50, $19.56, AND again $19.56 over what my original price for one night was. All at different times. I have been on the phone daily with my bank to the point where now I have to cancel my card. We had no internet, no TV, the carpet was wet! I would NEVER stay here or use my debit card anywhere near this hotel!!!
Not quite the French Quarter, but the rooms are clean. Staff is polite. What else can you ask for?
Breakfast was great, but should have listened to the attendant about the red velvet waffles (not better than the regular ones!). Really enjoyed my stay and will be back again. Image is me toasting the gym sign, weird AI pelican art in the lobby, the dining area in the lobby, and the MASSIVE amount of pizzas delivered for a baseball team! 😆
Stayed on 5/7/26 and had a terrific experience. Every one of the ladies working on the 7th and 8th were phenomenal. I have never met so many smiles and cheery faces! The ladies taking care of the breakfast were excellent! The food was prepared well and the presentation was just as good! The cleaning lady (whose husband is 6’7” I think she said) was so happy and helpful to us. She even rushed to get the elevator open for us. Above and beyond. Thank you for that, my hands were full.
