Quick and smooth check-in and out, found our room easily and it was very clean. The hotel was pretty quiet as well. We loved the complimentary breakfast and enjoyed the plentiful options to choose from. It was delicious and the ladies that work there are exceptional. Would come again when we are in town!
This is a great hotel if you want employees who are too busy for you. I was hung up on eight times - yes eight times - by Frank. The line disconnected automatically another three times - super nice for your customers who are on trying to patiently hold. My employee had a long hot day and had to sit and wait for these folks to get it together. Not on my list of hotels to return to. Too bad as this usually is a great brand of hotels.
