Kind, accommodating staff, outdoor pool is standard but nice space to enjoy/relax when not at the beach.
My go to hotel when I'm in Hallendale Beach. Very convenient to the racetrack, the casino and restaurants.
The staff was very professional and helpful. Michelle helped us with an issue. She was terrific. The room was just OK. Nothing special. There was an art piece that was weird. It appeared to be a poster of two ghosts. Our friends had the same in their room. I would have expected something tropical. The tub in the bathroom had a large stain and several other spots. It was OK for what it was. We only stayed for a night, it was clean, the staff were very pleasant and welcomed us with a smile. The room was a little pricey at this time of year, and the breakfast had no meat at all.
One of the worst hotels i have lived in recent times It was worse than the worse They cancelled my booking, they charged me extra.
