Very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried to start my vacation with this hotel.. This is where I will start. #1, I booked this hotel because on the phone I was told that they had free shuttle service to the airport, which I was leaving, so I had NO vehicle to travel with. Also I will add that they said this person was new there and didn't know. So #2 the GM Yes ( general manager) of the hotel runs a shuttle service, but it's $52. Room was neat and clean but Nobody was at the service desk. My father is blind and we were waiting for about 20min before someone showed up.

We checked into 2 different rooms because the 1st room was not completely set up. Pillows piled at the end of both beds. We were not sure it was cleaned. We called & went to the front desk where the clerk said to go. He was not there & I had to call again. He gave a a second room. SAME problem, pillows piled at the end of both beds. There were no tissue in the tissue box in the bathroom. Very very disappointed. The daytime staff was attentive and nice but that was about it.
