This stay was booked last minute. Was checked in by a young man named Curtis. He was amazing!! Pleasant, helpful, kind. Keep up the good work and thank you for making my family and I feel welcome.

Horrible. We stay at Hamptons all over the country. This location is the worst by far. We couldn’t get towels after we had been there 3 days, and our room hadn’t been cleaned…….after 3 days! The front desk said they were in the washer?????? I’m sorry what, you don’t have any towels. We went to talk to the manager but were told by the front desk employee “he wants to know what this is about” and wouldn’t come talk to us. Clearly this is why this location isn’t run well. Management couldn’t care less🤷🏼♀️
