Absolutely appalling. I can overlook several things when staying at a hotel, like the musty smelling room, the poor shape of the pool and workout room, the back door's card reader not working which we were told has been for a while and the room number plaque not being replaced for our room which when we checked in we were told to look for the door without a number. Visited during a pretty busy weekend in town. The gentleman at check-in was very courteous despite a clearly hectic day. The room was clean; there were lots of people coming and going, but I didn’t hear any majorly disruptions so it wasn't that bad. Breakfast was well-organized with good hot options. About a 10 minute ride into downtown without the chaos of paying for/finding parking!

Hands down worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I was promised connecting rooms due to my father’s medical needs. Then puts us on the 1st and 3rd floors. Then I asked, can you Atleast put us closer. “Nope.” I asked for a manager “she not here, Nothing I can do. Have a blessed day.” put the “away” sign up in my face and walked away.. like
