This was a nice hotel. My room was as clean as one would expect of something not brand new. My sink drain was slow but it was usable. Room came with a fridge and a microwave which is always a plus. Room was spacious and had a desk as well as a chaise lounge style chair. I picked up the whole mattress (like I always do) and there was no evidence of bedbugs or anything gross. Pros: - Clean, comfortable rooms, hot shower - Very comfortable bed - Friendly front desk - Decent free breakfast, pretty standard amongst most Hampton Inns - Very quiet, at least when we stayed - Walking distance to restaurants Cons: - Difficult to find - Pool outside looked dirty - No onsite laundry, had to go next door for laundry - Hallways look rundown - No greeting/acknowledgment from breakfast attendant, while front desk was friendly he did not see that my husband is a Silver member Overall I’d say this property is ok... read more

Our check-in was not pleasant. Patricia was very rude, I was talking to my traveling companions and she interrupted our conversation. She checked me into my traveling companion’s room (my dad) even though I gave her my ID and my room was in my name. Overall it was disappointing.

I was unable to make my reservation here and reached out to request a reschedule, but they refused to accommodate any changes, citing their strict policy. While I understand policies exist, the lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing. I expected better customer service and hope the hotel reconsiders its approach in the future. Things happen and don’t always go to plan, would hope they are more willing to work with their customers and unexpected things do happen.
