We booked months in advance hoping for a nice stopover on a long road trip. We were disappointed to find upon arrival that the hotel is under renovation. Finding the entrance and lobby was difficult. Parking was poor as they don't seem to have enough spaces; we got the last one and the desk clerk suggested parking in the electric car charging if necessary. Horrible experience!! Renovation was so loud had to move room and management or the owner was nasty rude. I understand that renovation happens but tell your customer that it will be ongoing. The breakfast they put out what a lie..a couple boiled eggs waffles and seven eleven store bought muffin egg sandwiches. They touted their online advertising hot breakfast with the works. Lies!! Don't stay here if you dont want bad experience...

I booked my room thru booking.com and also paid for it thru booking. Then I checked in and you guys stole another 360$ from my account. I've been trying to contact a manager about this every since I found this out and I've left several messages for someone to call me back. I guess I'm gonna have to go back up there in person to speak to someone since there's absolutely no communication. You guys are thieves and I will get my 360$ back.
I’m 15 years old and this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been at I don’t usually have back pain but before I fall asleep my back already hurts from this rock hard mattress, our sheets had stains in them and the room smelt like a wet dog the water which was all the way on cold was burning hot and hurt when it hit you. The elevator took forever to get to the 3rd floor I could have run up the 3 stories of stairs with a suitcase and made it before the elevator.
