The hotel was under renovation but was still nice. The service was great all around. Koshi (sp?) was very helpful during check in & gave great recommendations. Breakfast was good too.
Front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for any friends and family.
Had business in Geneva, NY and booked a room at the Hampton Inn. Although the hotel is a little dated, pur experience was wonderful. The place was very clean and well maintained from the lobby to our room and everywhere in between. You can tell the the staff takes pride with taking good care of this hotel, ensuring that the guest experience was perfect.
