Not great. The room was incredibly noisy. We heard people stomping around, doors opening and closing all night until maybe 1 AM. Two nights In a row. We checked out a night early. No fault to the staff- they were empathetic. The room needs a bit of tlc.

This is the worst place to stay ever especially after seeing how they treated a family that is staying there after losing their home in a fire! The customer service skills are very lacking! The lady at the front desk needs a lesson in empathy when I over heard what was said I was completely disgusted and will pay that karma is swift with her! Our room didn't have a dresser nor a microwave and the mini fridge smelled horrible. This hotel doesn't not even deserve 1 star!

We spent two nights here. Overall the room was good other than the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We did notice an area of the floor next to the bed that felt rather soft…possibly a previous leak as it was the side closest to the bathroom and water sprinkler? Also, the breakfast area/attendant could use some attention. Our first morning, the eggs and potatoes had run out and took awhile to be refilled. As an Hilton Honors member for 20 years, this Hampton Inn is the worst that we have ever stayed in. It looks like some minor renovations have occurred, but an extensive clean and entire renovation needs to take place. Hilton should take their name off of this hotel. The room was dirty. The filter in the AC/heater looked like it was never cleaned. Dust about an inch thick. The outside of the unit needed to be wiped. The chair in the room had a big stain.
