We booked a room via the call center and received the email confirmation at 12:25am which specifically stated in writing that we would be checking in on May 8th after 1am. Upon arriving the male night auditor/receptionist, who is completely unprofessional and extremely rude, kept talking over me; stating that they were completely booked and that he showed no reservation under my name.
