Great place to rest and chill . The front desk personnel were polite and professional. They greeted me as a diamond member .
It was pretty cozy, but every time we got back from our outings it always smelled like weed out in the lot. And don't start about the rooms. The beds: 4 out of 5, but the "neighbors": there was a family next door and would not stop yelling. Worst part? 1:00 a.m. !!!!! But the beds were rather nice and comfy. Made me happy when I had to wake up early. Want to stay in bed longer. But want soundproof room. Breakfast was on point. Overall, in did the job. ★★★☆☆.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale West / Pembroke Pines Dated 08/13-16/26. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Marcia in the breakfast area. She works very hard and is always kind, warm, and welcoming. She kept everything clean and well-stocked and made our mornings enjoyable. Thank you, Marcia, for your great service! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
