Very nice staff and very clean
After driving all day, my husband checked in at 9 PM tired and thirsty. When he asked for a bottle of water, he was denied and was told that they do not give water out to lower level Hilton members. It was very upsetting! For a such large hotel chain, it couldn’t afford to give out a bottle of water(cost almost nothing compared to the cost of the room) to a long time loyal member.
Clean and well kept! There was such a pleasant aroma as the automatic doors opened upon our arrival. Nice staff as well!
