Pool was freezing - not usable.
We stayed here with our family of 5 for our 14 year old son's basketball tournament and we were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room, the lobby and hotel in general was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Our kids used the pool and loved it, especially the basketball hoop. Breakfast starts at 6am every day and we REALLY appreciate that as a sports family that mostly stays in hotels when at sports tournaments and often have to be out the door before 7 for early games. Typical hotel up until I grabbed a coffee from the lobby. I'm no coffee snob but hotel coffee is rarely good. Not here, the coffee is great! I hear Lori takes care of the coffee so this woman needs a raise!
