The night manager was so rude. From the time he came out the back room he seemed irritated. I put my phone on speaker to free my hands to grab my cards because he was looking for room availability. He told me he had room availability; I then asked him if he had a double bed. As I asked him that he said "I am going to need you to hang your phone up to give me the respect I deserved and then reworded it into "give me the respect I am given you."
