Checked in after a long day of work to be told I booked the last room and the “AC is a little wonky.” Went to my room to find this translates into my room is 82° and the AC blows warm air. I had to contact my boss for him to get a refund and book me a room elsewhere. I am puzzled by a business selling this room for $220+/night and subjecting their employee at front desk to what is bound be an upset guest. The hotel is nicely located, easy to get to. Very clean hotel. Surrounded by lots of shopping and places to eat. Would recommend.
Always a pleasure staying here when I'm in town. The place great, amazing staff, and comfortable rooms. Overall a place I recommend and the only place I consider when visiting.
Pool was freezing - not usable.
