I have tried several times to reserve a room at this Hampton using my Hilton honors app only to see there is no availability each time I try. When I call the hotel to book a room, I'm told the hotel's reservation system is down and yesterday, was told it has been down for 74 days. Can only reserve a room a week in advance of desired date. This has forced me to book with another hotel brand which I hate doing because I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member and have been for 15 years. Let's start with the positive. The front desk staff are AMAZING. Very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra towels and within 10 minutes, they were at my door. The breakfast is hot and very good (eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, etc.). The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints about the facility and staff. HOWEVER...the check in process was difficult. We stay here almost every month when we’re in town to see family. Aaron is by far the best. They are very comfortable and very convenient to the square . Highly recommend
Disgusting 🤢 . 2 different rooms were so nasty and disgusting. The beds weren't changed. They have BUGS!!!!!! The whole place smells terrible
