Went above and beyond to make sure my friends and family were safe and cared for during our entire stay from before, during and after checkout. Fixed elevator immediately. Gave us free water during medical emergency and helped us. Didnt give us any issues with our service dogs, and even apologized for another hotel being mean to us and gave us a discount because they felt bad for us- they were so kind 😭 ❤️ We are definitely going back here. Great stay, great service
The lady at the desk was so kind ! She had amazing customer service! You never find that around here anymore! She deserves a raise! The gentleman as well was so kind & deserves a raise ! They are so nice and helpful! The rooms are very clean and spacious! We will Definitely continue to stay here from Now on!
