Went above and beyond to make sure my friends and family were safe and cared for during our entire stay from before, during and after checkout. Fixed elevator immediately. Gave us free water during medical emergency and helped us. Didnt give us any issues with our service dogs, and even apologized for another hotel being mean to us and gave us a discount because they felt bad for us- they were so kind 😭 ❤️ We are definitely going back here.
