Karen at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! She was so patient with all the guests, and treated everyone with respect, and a smile on her face. Her recommendation for local restaurants was top tier for a late night dinner.
Great experience! Patricia at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful upon check in. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel while staying in Lansing.
