Do not go to this hotel, my son booked a room, paid in advance, when he arrived Karen Harris, was the most unhelpful person, and told him he cannot go to his room because he is 19, and the room was booked in his name, and not in his friend's name who is 21. She would not budge, or add his friends name to the room, so that they could check in. The most unhelpful staff ever, I don't know how Hamptons hires such unhelpful, rude employees. what a shame, do not go there.

This hotel has everything you could possibly think of or ever possibly NEED! You know when you forget some random essentials and ur all bummed out? Don’t even worry about it, Brian at the front desk has all sorts of bins and drawers, there’s a really high chance he has whatever you forgot! Not to mention, he’s a total sweetheart and great guy to chat with while you wait for your phone to charge 🤣 this hotel is also very cleanly and has a relaxed vibe in the lobby! 10/10!!

We did a staycation here over spring break and I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. Every single person was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They went out of their way to help with my food allergies to make sure I could eat breakfast. The hotel is older so wear and tear is to be expected. But, the little touches like the feminine products in the bathroom, coffee and hot chocolate out at all times, and the insane breakfast spread make it such a nice stay. Karen at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! She was so patient with all the guests, and treated everyone with respect, and a smile on her face. Her recommendation for local restaurants was top tier for a late night dinner.
