This was my first visit to Douglas, I traveled with my wife and some of her family members to thier family reunion on Saturday, June 27th. My wife chose this hotel because she's had positive experience with the brand while on business trips. I gave 4 stars for the service because I think the staff is doing the best that they can, given what they have to work with. I was very disappointed with the look of the hotel from the outside.
