This hotel runs a stellar operation, but trying to check out past 11:00 AM felt like trying to sneak the Mona Lisa out of the Louvre under my jacket. Nicest hotel in Detroit. 420 Friendly They will go out of there way to make you comfortable, they will wait on you no matter what time, desk staff will change your bedding material at anytime, can leave your door unlocked and the lady on night shift is also a massage therapist. Enjoy your stay!

GR8 hotel with very friendly helpful staff.
The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. My room smelled fresh, the hallways and elevator were clean and it felt like the staff takes pride in keeping the hotel nice. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was bigger than I expected. One thing my friends and I appreciated was that they kept coffee available in the lobby all day and night.
