Lovely quiet room, very well cleaned, great breakfast. When back in the area, I will be coming back to this one.
It was clean,awesome customer service. All staff speak to you and make sure your good. One evening I needed extra towels and the room cleaner already went home for the day. Well this hotel was prepared they had everything in there office on a just in case basis. They let my dad check in early but they do charge a fee for that. The hotel breakfast was typical continental but wasn't to bad. Parking our rental at night wasn't to bad either,we alwaysfound a spot close to the door. Hotel seems overdue for an update. Shower had very low water pressure. Service was good. Breakfast was good.
Older hotel that is very clean and the staff is extremely nice Great value for the dollar and close to highways and Detroit. The only thing I would really recommend is just a slight updating to the rooms. They are older but very clean so it made up for it. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone on a budget that has an event to attend in Detroit and would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is great, lots of breakfast options and they accommodate if you have any dietary restrictions which is great! And I want to highlight Kara, she is wonderful and so helpful. She helped us have the best stay ever! Thanks Kara!
