We had our hardwood floors refinished and the fumes were overpowering. We went to the Hampton Inn in the evening, without a reservation, and Brittney took excellent care of us and got us a room without delay.
This Hampton Inn is looking a little careworn, but it was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was pretty small - one sink and a counter not big enough for all the accouterments we had. But there were a couple of hooks, so we made it work. The front desk staff were very nice. The breakfast was good, and it was handy that they had a grab and go option for people who had to leave before 6am. Mold in the AC/heater units! Avoid!
We have been staying here for weekly stays for over 2 months. The great folks at Hampton inn have made it their job to make us as happy and comfortable as possible. The rooms that are dedicated to CLC do not come with a microwave but thanks to the great staff they do their best to locate a couple and give that luxury. Always friendly and welcoming the gym is very nice the pool was a little chilly but great. Not too bad. Clean, updated rooms. Not a fan of the pillows, they could surely improve them. Giving 5 stars for service because I am an early riser and the kind lady at the front desk made a fresh pot of coffee for me at 4:15 am. Much appreciated.
