We arrive at 2:40am and they said they can’t check us in. What a bullshit hotel
Like other reviews, I'm a victim of manager Regina Smith and her refusal to make a simple refund. Been waiting a month at this point. Just like other reviews, she immediately blames the bank/credit card. Once I had the card company confirm to her no refund has been received, I stopped hearing from Regina. Despite her sending me the receipt showing I was still owed $250. Like other reviews, corporate Hilton can do nothing to get this resolved. It's up to the individual hotel. The beds were so so. I mean i slept somewhat. Which is more than I can say about quote a few other places. Service was killer.
Had to stay over the weekend, good rooms and amenities. One of the hardest working, and service-oriented staff. Front desk attendant was super friendly and helpful, as well as the all the room staff, answering questions regarding all amenities and location assistance. Will recommend and also book rooms again when visiting.
