After driving in from Maryland, through the mountains in the rain most of the day, this hotel was a welcome respite. The weather had cleared by the time we reached Ohio, and when I entered the lobby, I immediately knew why: Samantha (Sam). There is no way the rainy weather we had driven through could compete with her megawatt smile and her cheerful disposition. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was really friendly. There were a couple of things wrong in the room, but overall it was a great stay.
The location and comfort of the beds were the best thing. Someone hadn't restocked the room with cups and Kleenex
