The hotel is older. They have signs saying they are renovating, which it needs. The rooms were okay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only real complaint was the breakfast. The nuts were old, brown sugar was hard, no plain black tea, the eggs were spongy. It seems they are trying to save money by using things when they need throwing away.

Military at Rickenbaker Beware Hotels or hotels. It's never gonna be ideal, but this place sucks. Try to get the hotel next to brew dogs. It's way closer to fun things to do. This is my third time to Rickenbaker to rescue a very broken jet. First two trips I really liked our hotels. They were both Hamptons as well. This place is a landlord special. I show up go into room 201 unpack and the shower doesn't drain. I go downstairs and get a new room And they told me there aren't any kings left so I'll have to have two queens. No... read more

There are phenomenal workers that do a great job, but others that are far from helpful. Great rooms, average(for the area) price range, but older hotel, and very slow internet speed to the point no work can be accomplished on the computer.
