Staying weekly due to work and the hilton honors points are never applied to our account. I have spoken to general manager about this issue numerous times, but to no avail. I constantly have to call Hilton Honors dept to get points applied. This gets rather annoying and could easily be avoided if it was handled properly on the actual hotel’s side. Currently on the phone correcting 8 weeks worth of stays to get credit for points; despite all of this, Linda at the front desk is just a wonderful person!!

While there is some room for improvement, the experience was excellent considering the renovation work. Spacious rooms, great location, friendly staff… Leslie in the dining area deserves a special shout out for her memorable hospitality. I’ll be back.

The staff were very nice. The hotel isn’t in the best area. There was constant noise throughout the night from guests running up and down the hallways and slamming doors, to the train outside, to people being loud outside. Bring a sound machine - mine helped greatly. The walls must be super thin in this hotel. The water in the showers wouldn’t get very warm if the hotel was crowded (will be crowded Tuesday-Friday due to Ft. Jackson’s basic training family day and graduation every week). My husband, 15 year old son, cat and dog had yo stay here for about a week due to waiting on closing of our home. All the staff was very friendly, accommodating, the breakfast was good and the coffee always ready! Thank you Hampton Inn for taking care of the Bailey family I would refer this hotel to family or friends who needs a nice place to stay.
