My room air conditioner was loud as hell. With 98⁰ weather your going to use it.
The disposition of the staff in a hotel is usually a top-down effect. The manager on duty the day we were. There was friendly and accommodating, and just created a great space for us to meet. As a result, other staff we're also friendly accommodating and welcoming during our stay there. We had a work group of six meeting there, and we would definitely go back.
Made this reservation 4 months in advance was told Pool was gonna be open numerous times, when we arrived it was not open & looked like it hadn’t been open in a long time. Breakfast was gross , bagels had mold on it. We ended our stay early and found a better & cheaper hotel. Hilton price but not the standard Hilton hotel. Absolutely ridiculous false advertising POOL IS NOT OPEN!!!!! CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE !!!!!!!
The bed was damp, wet sheets. Small television that was difficult to see from the bed. Broken shower door. This hotel needs work. Outside pool and area was closed. My first and last visit,
